• No fees will be charged if cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the activity date.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the booking value will be charged. In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours) or no-show, the full amount will be charged (non-refundable), except in cases of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, such as wars, earthquakes, fires, or other unforeseen circumstances that may compromise participants’ safety.
