Gray Line’s Got Your Back

Our local experts are excited about welcoming you back aboard our sightseeing services as the world begins to travel again. Our commitment to responsible tourism and traveler safety has been an integral part of Gray Line’s DNA for the past 110 years. As such, we not only understand, but welcome your heightened expectations about our cleaning, disinfection and other health and safety best practices.

As the world’s leader in sightseeing, we’ll continue to deliver the great service, best-in-class tours and fantastic guides that Gray Line is known for, but with the added confidence of global standards for enhanced hygiene.

Our commitment to responsible tourism means we’re doing our part, one tour at a time to keep everyone safe while traveling:

Flexible Booking and Free Cancellation

Reserve your tour with confidence to make sure you don’t miss the best part of your vacation. If your plans change or new travel restrictions mess up your trip, we’ll take care of you by rebooking your tour or if necessary, easily cancel your reservation.

 Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitizing Measures

All of our vehicles are deep-cleaned and sanitized every day they are in operation. Frequently touched surfaces in our offices and on our vehicles shall be cleaned and sanitized as frequently as possible and at minimum before and after each tour.

Only recyclable/disposable items shall be provided on vehicles, including tour brochures, headphones, etc. If any reusable items are required, we individually sanitize and repackage them between each use.

Social Distancing

In addition to our enhanced cleaning protocols, we’re promoting safe social distancing at our retail offices, tour departure points, and on our vehicles. Our retail stores and departure points will either have signage or staff on hand to ensure compliance with our social distancing requirements.

Face Coverings

Our locations may require the mandatory use of non-medical face coverings if required by local law. If not required by law, we will always recommend their use. If face coverings are required, they shall be worn by all staff and provided to our guests either free or charge or for purchase (depending on location).

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer will be provided to guides, retail teams and our guests at our storefront locations, departure points, and on board all tour vehicles for your use while traveling.
