We highly recommend this wine lovers tour from beginning to end . Joao was so polite and kind and went out of his way to stop and talk to us about all our curiosities about the Douro valley. We had the most unique experience at both vineyards meeting the owners and tasting their varieties of wines along with their olive oils and their almonds . He picked an amazing top notch restaurant for our lunch with breads and olives and wines and a full course meal and ended it with dessert and port. It was absolutely delicious . Joao took great care of us , picking us up and delivered us back to our flat. Thank you to you and your family arranging this unforgettable experience.

This was a great way to see the city and get to taste some port. We saw many of the sights in Porto with detailed information provided by our guide, Isabel. The boat ride gave us a river view of all the bridges and we also spent some time out at shore where the river starts. The lunch wasn't the best but our fellow tour-takers made it enjoyable anyway.

Had an excellent time with Louisa, she was awesome in giving the history of the places we visited. The only unfortunate thing was the weather that day, it was cold and cloudy, but we had a lot of fun! Obidos was the last stop and it was so pretty! We stopped there for an hour and it wasn’t enough, at least 2 but even that might not be enough!

Whenever there is a football match at the Estádio da Luz, the panoramic circuit of the Shopping & Zoo Line does not pass by the Estádio da Luz or the Colombo Shopping Centre.

With the festive season of Christmas and New Year approaching, we would like to share our operating hours during this period:
- December 24th — On the Sintra tours (half-day and full-day), monuments will not be accessible for visits. However, the rest of the route and experience will proceed as planned. The Cascais Line will only depart at 9 A.M. The hop-on hop-off service will end at 3 PM.
- December 25th — We will be closed.
- December 31st — On the full-day Sintra tour, the monument included will be the Palácio da Vila. On the half-day Sintra tour, monuments will not be accessible for visits. However, the rest of the route and experience will proceed as planned. The Cascais Line will only depart at 9 A.M. The hop-on hop-off service will end at 3 PM.
- January 1st — We will not operate regular circuit tours. The hop-on hop-off service will start at 10 AM. Only the Belém and Castle routes will be running.
Please note that these details are subject to change due to external factors beyond Cityrama’s control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

For reasons beyond our control, the bus stop number 13 of the Blue Line is suspended.

Please be advised that, due to events taking place in Porto, the Blue Line route may be subject to changes on December 8th, 15th, and 22nd, 2024.
On December 29, 2024, the last departures from Stop 1 (Batalha) will be: Blue Line at 4:35 PM and Orange Line at 4:45 PM. After this time, no buses will stop at this location.
