General Conditions
The ticket for one circuit ensures the customer transport, accommodation, local visits and meals – when specifically included. Extras are not included. The customer, in turn, should make sure they have the ticket with them at all times while using the service.
Should there be less than seven participants, the organising agency reserves the right to use a minibus or private vehicle.
Circuits may be changed without prior notice.
Cityrama’s Liability
Cityrama is responsible for organising and regularly providing the indicated services. Cityrama shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience or delay arising out of any change, suspension, cancellation or close of its service.

The prices indicated include all taxes in effect in accordance with the laws of the Portuguese Republic.

Only the reservation requests received up to 48 hours prior to the date of the service shall be taken into consideration. Reservations will only be guaranteed after payment has been received. Should payment be made via bank transfer, kindly please send us proof of payment up to 48 hours prior to the date of service.
Making a reservation is mandatory, as is receiving confirmation of the reservation from the tour operator. -
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to departure will not be charged. After this period, the full price will be charged and no reimbursements will be made.
Cityrama reserves the right to cancel or change (without prior notice) any service due to the impracticability of performing the service, for reasons beyond Cityrama’s control. Should a visit be cancelled for reasons beyond Cityrama’s control, customers will not be entitled to a refund.

Tickets for children until the age of five are free and only include transportation (all other expenses shall be borne by the adult who accompanies the child). Children between the ages of six and ten pay 50% of the adult price.

Only guide dogs and other assistance/service animals are permitted on our buses, provided that their respective certification is provided.

Passengers are not allowed to travel in conditions of manifest lack of hygiene or under the influence of medication, alcohol or psychotropic substances that disturb other passengers to an intolerable extent.

Only complaints made in writing, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date the service was provided, and sent to the agency where the reservation was made and paid for will be accepted. Additionally, only complaints that were lodged with those who provided the service (hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay will be accepted, and the documents related to the incident must be provided.
Claims shall only be accepted if they have been filed in writing with a report of the incident. No claims regarding delays before or during the trip caused by circumstances beyond Cityrama’s control (changes, interruptions or gridlock due to natural phenomena, breakdowns, parades/demonstrations, events or accidents, etc.) will not be accepted.

If a ticket is lost or misplaced, it will not be replaced.

Luggage is the customer’s responsibility, who should always be present while it is being loaded and off loaded.

Monuments are closed on public holidays.
Conditions related to the hop on hop off service

The customer is responsible for all personal belongings throughout their visit. It is also the customer’s responsibility to keep their ticket corresponding to the respective visit with them at all times, as well as all documentation required for free circulation within the Country. Whilst on the bus, during the tour, the customer must remain seated and should not use an umbrella or any other objects that, due to their height, may pose a safety hazard.

The schedule of the hop on hop off tours is merely indicative. Should a bus be at maximum capacity, the user shall wait for the next vehicle and/or transfer to alternative vehicles.
