For hop-on hop-off service in Porto, you can also book your ticket: 

• At the Loja Infante Store; 
• At the Mouzinho da Silveira Store. 

Once the reservation is made, you will receive a voucher that must be exchanged for your ticket.

Yes. You can exchange it on board the bus. 

For hop-on hop-off service in Lisbon, you can also exchange it:

For hop-on hop-off service in Porto, you can also exchange it:

The loss of the ticket does not allow for a refund or reissuance. Please keep your ticket safe, as it is essential to enjoy the service. 

Your hop-on hop-off ticket can be valid for 24h, 48h, or 72h. The time starts counting only from the moment you validate your ticket upon boarding the bus.

For hop-on hop-off service in Lisbon: 

• Children up to 5 years old do not pay for tickets.
• For those aged between 6 and 12 years old, we offer a 50% discount on the ticket price. 

For hop-on hop-off service in Porto: 

• Children up to 3 years old do not pay for tickets. 
• For those aged between 4 and 12 years old, we offer a 50% discount on the ticket price. 

We have buses prepared to accommodate passengers with reduced mobility. For further clarification, please ask our assistants on-site or contact us through our contact page. 

Animals are allowed on board our buses free of charge accompanying their owners, provided they fall into one of these categories: 

• Assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog) upon presentation of proof of certification;
  
• Small pets (dogs, cats, small rodents) properly contained in an appropriate carrier. 

To ensure a comfortable journey for everyone, only water can be consumed inside the buses. 

Yes, if it is accommodated in a place that does not block the passage of other people.

Yes. You should exchange it at the tour’s departure location during check-in. 

In Lisbon, tours depart from the Marquês de Pomba Terminal.
In Porto, the departure location is at Mouzinho da Silveira 352.

You should be at the departure location 20 minutes before the tour’s departure time.

For tours departing from Lisbon:
