This trail offers amazing views over the Azinhal Valley and the caldera of Pico Alto. As you go, you’ll be enchanted by the rich endemic flora of the Island, including cedars and heather, and you’ll pass through singular agricultural areas. The highest point, Rocha do Chambre, is surrounded by spectacular landscapes and unique volcanic formations. After finishing the trail, you’ll visit the natural pools of Biscoitos where you can refresh yourself and enjoy a swim. To finish this day full of unique experiences, we will take you to Pico Matias Simão, where you’ll be surrounded by an extraordinary view.
