Salinas + Ovos Moles Workshop

The tour begins with an Ovos Moles de Aveiro IGP Workshop, where, over 30 minutes, you will learn about the history and production of this iconic local sweet. Take part in the filling process and enjoy a final tasting.
The experience continues with a 45-minute Guided Visit to the Aveiro Salt Pans. Accompanied by local salt workers, you will discover the ancient art of salt harvesting and the entire production process, carried out in a 100% traditional way. Throughout the visit, learn about the history, traditions, and secrets that make the salt pans a living heritage of the Ria de Aveiro. A unique experience combining culture, traditional knowledge, and unforgettable flavors.
